Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit. Dates are not held without deposit.

2. Payment

A 50% deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance due prior to final delivery. Late payments may delay delivery and incur fees.

3. Deliverables

Standard delivery windows are agreed in writing per project. Revision rounds are limited to those defined in your scope of work.

4. Usage Rights

Clients receive usage rights as defined in their agreement. TownEntertainment retains the right to use delivered work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise specified.

5. Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days of the shoot may be subject to additional fees covering reserved crew and equipment.

6. Liability

TownEntertainment’s liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
